All our shoes are made using premium imported genuine leather. Our skilled cobblers craft each shoe carefully with their hands, from cutting the unique patterns, to embossing the Zoom Shoes logo. Once the shoe is ready, it is then colored to give off its uniqueness.
We want your shoes to stay in a good condition. For this, we provide a high quality carry bag that also acts as a dust cover for your shoes. Further, you can use a neutral shiner on the shoe and/or rub a cotton cloth on it. Should you want to know more about taking care of your shoes, please refer to the 'Shoe Care' section in the menu.
In order to change the items in your order, please contact us soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched, we would most likely be able to help you. However, if your order has been dispatched, we cannot provide any guarantee of being able to help you. But, we will try our best.
Whenever you place an order, we usually dispatch it within the next working day. However, in rare instances, dispatch of your order might get delayed up to 48 hours.
